Disclosure Management

Often referred to as ‘the last mile of finance’, Disclosure Management sits between your Enterprise or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) processes. Disclosure Management software typically provides a collaborative working interface that seamlessly sources data from multiple CPM, ERP and other accounting software to help finance functions create, manage and publish management reports (such as board packs), external or statutory reports (such as the Annual Report & Accounts or US 10-K filings) or regulatory reports (such as ESEF for EU regulated groups or SFCR for Insurance Solvency II reporting).

Larger CPM providers tend to include a Disclosure Management module within their main application offering. However, we have seen some very strong specialist providers which are particularly beneficial when you have a vast reporting landscape. All the software included here are standalone applications that can be acquired/licensed and implemented individually.
